Born and raised in the beautiful city of Limassol in the island of Cyprus, Stephanie is a joyful, empathetic and creative individual with a dynamic and refined personality. She loves walking by the seaside as well as spending time with her favorite books and writing her blogs and poems.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton, U.K. and a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick, U.K. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as a Certified Teen Life Coach and a member of the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH). Additionally, she is a Theta Healing practitioner, writer and entrepreneur, working with individuals and teams through coaching sessions designed to empower them to become the best version of themselves and turn their dreams into reality.

Stephanie’s passion for guiding and inspiring the younger generation stems from her own personal journey through adolescence and early adulthood. At the age of 21, she had gone through a dark period of depression, which ultimately became a blessing in disguise for her, leading her to rediscover herself. Through introspection and personal growth, she transformed past struggles into stepping stones for success. It was at that time, that she made a profound promise to herself – that as far as she could, she would never allow any teenage kid or young adult to feel lost or alone in their journey.

Hence, her purpose today is to empower, guide and inspire young people to embrace a more positive and fulfilling way of life where their dreams and aspirations are not just fantasies, but achievable goals. She firmly believes that every young person deserves to live a life filled with happiness, love and light and therefore to manifest their own reality, without depending on the opinions of others. This generation, more than any other generation so far, needs to believe in the pursuit of their dreams because it is impossible to happily live without having and keep creating dreams. In a world where self-doubt and external pressures often hold young minds back, Stephanie reminds them that no matter how big their dream is, it can eventually come true if they have the guts to go after it.
